2026 Alumni Challenge August 3 - August 14, 2026

Since 2004, the HEEF has hosted an annual friendly competition among four alumni groups: Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, the University of Arizona, and the Arizona Crushers (a Collective of all other schools). At the end of the competition, the group that raises the most is named the Champion. Over its previous 21 editions, the HEEF Alumni Challenge has raised over $100,000.00. It is one of our most thrilling and rewarding campaigns!

The Alumni Challenge is an exceptional opportunity for those who have attended college to give back and provide Hopi students the chance to fulfill their goals for higher education. This campaign combines competitiveness, collegiate pride, and rivalries to work well for the Hopi people. Our HEEF board and staff members are encouraged to take part in and clash against one another in this fundraising effort to express support for their respective alma maters. It is intense and competitive for the teams involved, but ultimately, the true winners of the challenge are our Hopi Students.

Our goal for the 22nd annual Alumni Challenge is to raise $15,000.

Beginning on Monday, August 3, by clicking the "Donate" button below, you may make an online donation in recognition of your alma mater or to help family and friends’ alumni teams. You may send a check or money order to PO Box 605, Kykotsmovi, AZ 86039, made payable to the Hopi Education Endowment Fund. They must be postmarked by August 14, 2026, to be counted toward your alumni team's fundraising total. Lastly, if you prefer to phone in your donation, please call our office at 928-734-2275 on Monday - Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM MST / AZ time.
